Just being having a natter with a fellow housewife about it all. We are a rare species in these parts - they will be getting binoculars out and stalking us "full time Mums".
The thing is, why does everyone feel the need to ask when we are returning to work? Or which nursery our toddlers go to?
Urm, I decided to look after my own children. And the nursery is the one called, "With my Mummy".
Now if we were childminers no-one would bat an eyelid. No-one would say a word. So I am going to try it for a couple of weeks!
Practise conversation, "Hello, I am SNOB. I am a child minder. I look after 3 pre-schoolers."
OOOO and just thought - IF I am a child minder I really cannot do cleaning or washing or ironing!

surly we are Project managers, motivators, caterers, nurses as well as child minders.. was going to put cleaner but didnt want to offend any proffesionals out there
