I've found the perfect house.
Well not perfect. It only really has 3 bedrooms (even though it claims 5...) and it doesn't have a loo or bathroom upstairs. And it has rooms with very small windows. It needs lots of work. There is a stain in one of the bedrooms I recognise from before we had our roof replaced.
And the garden has not be touched, it needs more than a lick of paint. and and and....
But I have already started dreaming about when we are living in it...
We can't afford it. The views are not as good as this house. This house is finished with no scary surprises in store for a while.
But my mind is still thinking back to this house. Is it because it is not MY house I want it?
Maybe I should just go round lots of houses and see if this, is the *one*....

My advice: if it isn't Listed then take it! But don't buy it if it needs extending.
But surely you can't really leave those views????
