I have just discovered an application on face book which allows us all to see who "stalks" us most on face book.
OMG! I am nosey, they will all find out just HOW nosy I am! I am going to have to hide behind a newly cut fringe when the I have to return to the dreaded school run!
But then there is twittering too. It came as a shock to me when a friend walled another friend concerned over her absence. I *knew* she was under a pile of her Mum's old clothes, but her best friend didn't and went round her house to check nothing more sinister had occurred. I knew as I tweet. It's quicker and you don't have all your old school friends telling you to "shut up you silly bored housewife!"
And was it REALLY necessary for me to speed up and nearly run over the dance teacher, just do I could write a witty retort in my status?
I fear with the Summer holidays I have become too dependent on my Internet world. Maybe it is a reflection on the times we live in. But part of me thinks, surely it is better to tweet than to turn to gin when the children have achieved their aim of turning their mother into a stressed out wreck.

I am rather partial to a tipple (numbs the pain of the constant ringign in the ears) but your right better to tweet than to be a piss head! I am not too good at the tweeting thing still trying to get to grips with it all...i'm a toltal technophobe but could not live without FB!
Yep totally agree... I am an internet addict and that is far better than gin!
I knew about that apps on facebook and it really panicked me. I felt really worried that people would realise how nosy I am! and twitter? I just love it, even if I have to say I really don't care what people have for breakfast :)
That facebook app scared me too! As I spy on alot of my friends and especially my partners!
I had to dig out more info on it and found out that it only goes on how much you comment on walls & status's!
Phew.. I can carrying on stalking! :)x
